At Compleation Ltd, we believe in using technology thoughtfully and transparently. Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of many tools we use to support creativity, enhance productivity, and improve the experience we offer our audience and clients.
This policy explains how AI fits into our workflow so you always have clarity about what's behind the content and services you receive.
AI is integrated into our processes in a way that supports, rather than replaces, human insight, strategy, and creativity. Here is what that looks like in practice:
AI tools may be used to support tasks like research, outlining, grammar suggestions, or idea generation. Final content is always shaped, reviewed, and approved by a human.
Most visual assets are created manually or with the help of design software. Occasionally, we use AI-based tools to streamline editing or enhance existing images, but we do not rely on AI to create visuals from scratch unless noted.
We may use AI to transcribe, clean up audio, or assist with post-production editing. Voiceovers, teaching, and on-camera appearances are created by a real human unless clearly disclosed otherwise.
AI may help structure outlines, generate draft content, or offer prompts when brainstorming. However, every learning experience or strategic recommendation is shaped by lived experience, professional judgement, and a deep understanding of your needs.
To help you understand the level of AI involvement, we use the following internal guidelines:
AI is a tool, like a calculator or a camera - not a substitute for care, connection, or creativity. We value honesty in all that we do, and that includes being open about how things are made. If you ever have questions about whether something was created with AI support or not, we welcome the conversation.
If you have any questions or concerns about how we use AI, please contact:
