Every good meeting needs an agenda. Here's ours - a straightforward conversation, not a sales pitch.

The admin, the books, the filings or the minutes taking up your time and focus during the day - and what's slipping because of it.

How things run now, the systems you use - Xero, iPayroll, Microsoft 365 or whatever you're on - and where the gaps are.

The outcome you want, your must-haves and any deadlines coming up. I listen first, so the fix actually fits.

Whether hourly support or a monthly retainer suits the work - and what happens from here, if you'd like to go ahead.

If it's a good fit
I'll scope what's involved and outline how we'd work - hourly as needed, or a monthly retainer for the work that repeats. Then you decide in your own time, and I take it from there.
